Humanity Street is the solo project of " Life After Death " / Bruce Dickinson bassist Arthur Ray Burke. Inspired by the photo taken by Troy Snow (www.troysnow.org ) of a flooded house on Humanity Street in New Orleans. " This is an awesome image with a very deep meaning. Extra special thanks to Troy for the use of the photo". Several friends and musicians that have agreed to participate are : Longtime friend and song writing partner Jack Emrick ( Life After Death ), Roy Z ( Tribe Of Gypsies/ Bruce Dickinson), Phil & Gonzo Sandoval ( Armored Saint / Life After Death), Jon Mattox ( The Young Dubliners ) and Joel Shearer ( Pedestrian / Alanis Morrisette ) to name a few. As Humanity Street gets closer to completion enough cannot be said for all the great musicians who have contributed. Every player brings something new and unexpected to each tune. From Jazz legend Azar Lawrence's (MIles Davis & McCoy Tyner) mind blowing sax to John Fumo's ( Neil Diamond & Brian Setzer) trumpet extraordinaire. Add mister "Weeping Willow" Tetsuya Nakamura (War & The 44's) harmonica and John Schuller's ( Sly Stone) funky keys and you have a sonic pallete pleasing to every listener.
