About Me

I am Dave, music nut. Anything else just ask, if you want to know.
This page is mainly going to be me giving my opinions on music (and maybe a few movies, TV shows etc), but with a bit of plugging my new indie / electro club night Flux, and just meeting you lot. The name Offbeat Music comes from the radio show Offbeat I used to do when I was at uni, on the University of Exeter's student radio station Xpression FM (formerly URE). It was a very music based show, I loved playing the music I liked, some well known, some obscure, all quality. It was an alternative show, but varied at the same time.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who wants a chat, or to share an opinion. Am always up for meeting new people, for any reason. Don't be shy. Though if you are going to send me a friend request, please send me a message saying hi as well (unless you are a band, then I guess the music can speak for itself). ............................................................ ............................................................ .........................
ARTIST OF THE MONTH :..

The Prodigy

The greatest band ever (in my humble opinion) return with their 5th album "Invaders Must Die" and yes it's another stonker. Revisiting the old school sounds from all their previous albums and fusing them together to make a fresh sounding whole. You must go buy it and try to catch them live and remember why the world needs this band.
