Well lets see, I’m in Iraq right now and it really sucks. I was taken away from the love of my life, I miss you Katie. I lost without my fiancée. Yes I said fiancée, I proposed to her before I left. I know that I want to spend my life with that beautifully girl. I cant wait to come home and get married and start a family. I’m looking forward to nothing more. Being over here has really put me in a slum. Its hard being away from everything. I’ve done this before, I’ve spent a year I Korea, I’ve spent a year in Iraq before. This is my second time over here. But its all new to me now. I’ve never had anything/anyone back home waiting for me. This deployment is going to be the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. But I’m going to get it done, I have to get it done. I’m going to do my best over here, keep my head low and return safely to my baby. I love u soo much Katie. I cant wait to hold u in my arms and look u in the eyes and know everything is going to be ok.
