Kicking it off is black belt electro slapper and resident dj Hoop Dreams In celebration of the one year anniversary of Hot Mess, Portland's silliest first friday dance party comes Summer Jamz '08. 40 minutes full of party anthems and crowd pleasers that have kept Tube's dance floor packed with sweaty bodies on many a hot summer night.
