Indie, punk, 80's, country and a little bit of cheese....like Wilco could be the greatest band of all time if it weren't for Radiohead already having that title. Modest Mouse, Built to Spill, Sleater Kinney, The Pixies, The Smiths, The Cure, Journey, and Fiona Apple (cause heroine chic is SO HOT and I DREAM of finding a girl that can play/write music so I can piss her off and hear a song about me after we break up!)
The greatest movie of all time is The Princess Bride. After that.... Say Anything, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Holy Trilogy (aka the original Star Wars saga), Alien/Aliens, Conan the Barbarian (best beginning 30 minuets of any movie ever), The Matrix (I know its lame but the philosophy behind it is amazing), Star Trek II The Wrath of Kahn (made me cry), The Godfather I and II..... is it lame to like sequels???
Just about anything on ESPN, Adultswim, G4, Lost, Scrubs, Firefly/Serenity, and Battlestar Gallactica. That's right girls.... I am a total geek! Hey ladies.... I also like video games.
Well, I want to write so I don't want to be accused of plagerism by listing influences (read: I haven't read anything I couldn't finish in thirty minuets which pretty much limits me to restraunt menus, magazines and the internet.) But, I really admire people who do read. Ask me about the books I'm writing sometime!
