Double N (Nothin Normal) was started in 2001 by Me(3D) and my Bestfriend Gino. We were Christan artist for a while, but things around us started changing so we chose another path. We figured we have alot of things to talk about and the christan industry will not tollerate our music pluss the youth wasnt really feeling our joints. We are still strong believers and we know Christ is our Lord, we rather have people who are full hearted with the Christan Music send a clear and spiritual message to those who are lost. Dont get me wrong We do send out possitive messages and we also have fun and is now free with our music instead of worring about what some one might say that we said wrong in our music. We will get judge still but who cares, God doesnt judge so why should you. We hooked up with many artist and local producers through out the year and we just didint feel confortable in the position we were in. We didnt wanna be held down or pushed around or someone telling us what we needed to change, "Fuck that." so we headed down the road on our own and studied the game didnt write or record sat back and watched who was good and who was garbage. We found out alot of secrets how to become big and stay big, which takes time and patience and most of all you gotta be humble. Everyone and there momma's trying to be a rap artist or do music now, so we chose to be different and have fun with it. Down the road we hooked up with PR(Powell Records) 2003 Which welcomed us into there world and helped us out with our first demo CD. Gino started to travel from state to state for construction, which slowed down process a little bit though we kept it moving. It got to be harder so we slowed down alot. Gino was out here for about a 4 months and We gotta phone call And we were ask to join a group that was just getting started CITYWIDE. We knew we were rusty but they knew we had fire that need to erupt. So we put out the first mixtape that we were on a little bit (Starvin for fame)2004 It was our faults we had some personal issues, which slowed us down. We all got snapped on by each other if we were distracted by bullshit. So down the road a year later we all got separated through bullshit out the camp, and that really put a dent in our friendship because of one person. So JP CEO of CityWide dropped it and said lets get it going again so we decided to drop "starving for fame vol 2." We pushed out so many copies it was crazy how many people was showing us love. But it wasnt pushed out right. If you ask me. JP was over seas at the time and came out here and set some fire on that mixtape. 2005. Double N remains the group still. Honestly where not sure whats going on with Citywide, but me a G aint getting any younger so we have no time for Bullshit. Like a few people we know turned there back on us after we helped them out and just spit in our face. "FUCKN PHONEYS" Only thing we could do is pray for them all and from my mouth personally they could kiss my ASS hate to be an ass but all well. "RIGHT." So me and G are about are business added some new members in the group and now we aint behind no one and we dont ride peoples nutz like a couple of katz we know around here. They know who im talking about. But its Double N all day If CityWides Down they know where we'll be posted at, We still got love for them......GOD BLESS YOU ALL.....Oh Yea you could look at me as a Heathen, who cares when I die my Lord will still be proud of me no matter what i did he knows my heart........So I will go to heaven No matter what you say
