After I had spent close to 20 years living in the San Francisco Bay Area and working in the music business from 1966 to 1986. I took a break, bought a boat and moved near Bass Lake south of Yosemite National Park. I started painting as a digital artist with an Amiga color computer in 1983. Won a second place award at the Pixel Art Expo' Roma '93, Rome, Italy for a digital image I had created on the computer. In 1994 I exhibited my digital images as limited edition giclee prints on water color paper. Started painting in an abstract style on canvas soon after by combining acrylic gel with acrylic pigment. In 1994 I moved to Laguna Beach, CA and worked and lived in an art gallery which was formerly a bank. Lived and painted in the attic while selling art, representing artists and designing art catalogs and presentation packages for artists. I wanted to create a painting style of my own and worked/studied for close to 7 years and started showing and selling my work in group and solo shows and exhibits. ------------------------------------------------------------ -------------- Art Business Experience and Selected Exhibitions: Computer Artist (Limited Edition Giclee Prints) 1992/94.
