"17Bangas" Cardo-Lotdo, Booka, and Lil'Black all traded in their street hustles to pursue a new kind of hustle: MUSIC. We started as NFL "Niggaz From Landover", but we eventually decided to change the name into a more original name with some of our area's flavor (17-Bangas) for short 17-B which is the exit you take to get to our hometown Landover, MD. As we are progessing in this industry independently so far we have worked with numerous producers, supported numerous artists, recorded at the most known studio's, we dropped 2 mixtapes in this DMV Metropollitian area, So In It To Win Vol. 1, and the Vol. 2, with over 3,000 units sold, and still selling. We have had a single on 95.5 it was spinned numerous times "AND U KNOW DIS MAN", and we have some clout with because of that with the radio station, and opened up for a couple Headliners. Our goal is to get that Major Distribution, and the exposure that we need to get our music heard, and at the same time put our city on the map. "They have our own distinctive sound with an old school hip hop feel, with a south vibe, but with our own DMV lingo" I've heard alot. The beauty of 17-B is that they have learned how to work together as a unit -- precise and synchronized like a well-oiled machine. “Each one of us have two or three personalities,†he contends. “It’s like a car. There’s a body, there’s an engine. You have to put it all together. It’s teamwork. That’s what we had to learn. 17-Bangas has been through the fire to stand where they are today. "God’s got his hands on this project. We are a family three siblings, who had really no guidance, nothing was handed to us so it resulted to hustling, to keep some money in our pocket, street hustling to get to where we are today everyone has a story. We found something we love to do and its our passion, and we are hungry to achieve our goals. Before we touch the mic, or perform we pray. We came together as a unit. If we can do it, anybody can do it. 17-B!!!!!!..
