It's hard to tell you about me in just one little paragraph...I am a single mother to two beautiful children...Mia L'oren and Quincy LeVell. I have created an awesome life around my children. Everything I do, I do with them in mind. I work for a company called Better Indy Babies and Healthy Families. It is absolutely the most rewarding career I could ever imagine. We work with single mothers and fathers as well as young mothers, and we educate them on either having a healthy pregnancy or raising a healthy family. Indianapolis, just a few short years ago, had the highest infant death mortality rate out of all the United States...because of our program we have brought that number down significantly. I recently enrolled back in school and have to say that is one of the proudest moments in my life. At one point I thought I would never finish my degree because of the struggles that single parenthood brings, but I'm doing it and I won't stop now until I'm at the top. I am a God fearing woman and He is my reason for everything. He is who really challenges me to do bigger and better things with my life. I know I will never fail with the Lord holding my hand. I have an insane obsession with music (singing). I love all types of music but number one would have to be blues. I am currently in a cover band and I love every minute of it...No Net...check us out. I love to cook for people. There is nothing more satisfying than to watch a room full of people enjoying a meal I have prepared for them. I have some really great friends and though at times we disagree or have other things going on in our lives we still know what time it is. Most importantly, I have an awesome family. Kind of like my friends, my family keeps me in check. Even my sisters, all the way over in Seattle, have my back no matter what and would be here at the drop of a dime if I needed them. My brothers, they are not a group to mess with! lol They are always looking out for me to make sure I stay on my toes! I have nothing else to say except that I am so in love with my life right now! I wouldn't change an thing.......not a thing...
