Spoox wants to serve as an outlet for audio that's too strange to be published otherwise.
Spoox is non-profit. It is solely to get strange audio heard.
The only criteria for submissions is that it's strange and it's audio. Found audio, stories, interviews, biological field recordings, even music... any kind of audio, but it must be unfamiliar--cause ears to perk up with curiousity, and/or make guts tighten. That strange sound your bathtub makes when it drains, or the mice in your walls, or strange words of wisdom from the party next door.
Submissions do not need to be polished or complete. We accept what could be considered garbage, worthless, unfinished, and vague.
