Based in Aberdeen (Northeast Scotland, about three hours drive north of both Glasgow/Edinburgh) with the intention of promoting decent new music. We're the ones that stop kids from having to throw stones at passing trains in order to alleviate their boredom. We've been doing this for a while now: it's ten years since we organised our first 'Fudge' night.

There are many, and I mean MANY, bands tustling playfully for shows with us, and we have neither enough gig-slots OR enough time to answer every enquiry. We have lives to get on with as well, you know. Rest assured that if we like you and we have a slot to offer you, we'll be back in touch.... at some point.

FUDGE FANZINE -
Zine about the local music scene and the people therein. Interviews with bands such as Queens Of The Stone Age, Fugazi, The Wildhearts, Mclusky, Converge, Dillenger Escape Plan, Idlewild, 100 Reasons, Low, Aereogramme, Jetplane Landing, ... Trail Of Dead, Mudhoney, Therapy?, Amen, Bad Religion, The Rezillos, Pitchshifter, Backyard Babies, Electric Eel Shock...
Comes out whenever we have the time and can be arsed. Which isn't likely to be anytime soon.
Fudge Fanzine usually comes with a FREE CD - we've featured artists like Goldblade, Babar Luck, Electric Eel Shock, Neil Leyton, Jetplane Landing, Mongolian polyphonic throat singers Yat-Kha, and a singing Tibetian Nun.

Our annual awards are voted for by the Fudge-going-public and presented in a glittering ceremony infront of a baying crowd at The Fudge Awards early every year. It's an excuse to dress up and get heroically drunk really.
RELEASE YOUR KRAKEN -
Release Your Kraken - our monthly friday night DJ slot at The Moorings, 2 Trinity Quay. Catch us on the second friday of the month. You'll fuckin love it. 8pm - 1am, free entry all night. Featuring stoner, punk, alt, rock, country and metal. We'll be very drunk, come talk to us! We won't remember anyway.
