The PettiCoat Pirate is me... Plush Designer Windy Stiner. I am currently selling my creations in my etsy shop, in Winston-Salem at the Urbanware Art Gallery, thru art-o-mat, and locally at Ripple City Artworks in Greenville, NC.

I am in the "PLUSH YOU 2008" show at Schmancy in Seatle Washington. So very honored to be apart of this plush family!
