Rafael De Los Santos came to New York at the age of almost ten years old in the mid-60's Grew up in Little Italy.Lived at 284 Mulberry St first.Then on Elizabeth and Mott St. He is a playwright and an aspiring actor. he is currently working on his autobiographical play. he has 2 songs he wrote on a CD called AMERICA with Top Hill Records.
