Lets see... all I have ever known is being a Mom. Now that my kids are almost grown, only a 17 year old left in the house I am trying to find other things to do. It's hard to break a cycle that you have loved doing for 25 years. My 3 sisters have chosen the same paths...being wonderful, loving , christian mothers. They are truly my best friends. I love being a wife, love my husband, couldn't have asked God to choose anyone else for me. During the week I work part time as an Treatment Coordinator for an orthodontist in a nearby town. I enjoy working with people and getting out of the house seems to be a stress reliever for me. I love to bake....fancy desserts. I love to horseback ride through the timber. Hand me a fishing pole and I will bring in a striped bass and cook it up!! I water ski one time a year, just to prove to myself that I can still do it. I truly enjoy my home. It is my safe haven and that is where I feel most comfortable. Digging in the dirt and planting flowers are a relaxing thing for me to do. I love feeding the birds and watching them play in the birdbath as I do dishes from my kitchen window. God is a daily happening in my life. I attend a large church as well as all my family. I love vanilla soft serve, cherry pie, CUSTARD pie,wedding cake ,seafood, red and black licorice,frozen chocolate chip cookies, salt and vinegar potatoe chips, fresh berries, sweet tea and GOOD latte's!! I'm anal about housekeeping, my kids probably dislike that about me most. I enjoy easy listening music and dancing with my husband often. Good friends are a great blessing to John and I. I know after this long that friends come and go, but hopefully never truly leave our hearts. My family is everything to me and that is all I need...not money..not acknowledgment..not fancy cars...just a healthy , loving family. One last thing.... I do like to streak ....it happens out of the blue and it can be anytime or anywhere, most often I just do it for the shock factor. There could be worse things to do!!!
