About Me

-My name is Shelley.
-I hate when people spell it Shelly.
-I am different.
-I am 17 years old.
-I love animals.
-I'm pretty moderate when it comes to politics; I try to make sure I can argue both sides before forming an opinion.
-I belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
-Je parle un peu du francais.
-I think Boca Burgers are the best things since sliced bread.
-Sometimes I like to listen to slow acoustic songs.
-I graduated from North Crowley High School on May 18, 2007.
-I don't smoke.
-I don't drink.
-I don't eat meat.
-And I'm proud of those 3 things.
-I play the piano, and I love it.
-Solving math problems makes me feel in control. -I lived in Texas for 12 years, then Georgia for 2 years, then Maryland for 1 year.
-Now I'm back in Texas, but 6 hours away from where I used to live.
-My favorite colors are red and green.
-I would rather have an intelligent conversation than flirt.
-If my mom and I would have been in highschool together, we would probably be best friends.
-People who don't think enough annoy me.
-I'll hang out with just about anyone as long as they're cool to me.
-I hate gossip.
-I'm way too opinionated for my own good.
-The Bouncing Souls are the greatest band in the world.
-I make the wrong friends a lot of times.
-I'm trying to decide between teaching, working for a major publication, getting into politics or doing freelance photography work. -I'm a feminist.
-I also plan on having, adopting, and raising kids.
-I've been accepted to Brigham Young University, and I plan to major in Political Science and Photography, then come back to Texas to get my teaching certificate.
