About Me

DFCC-Dynamic Full Contact Club was officially founded in November of 2002. DFCC operates as a traditional Japanese style dojo enabling students to learn the etiquette, terminology, and discipline passed down from the Samurai of Japan.
Founder and Sensei, Larry Keith, is an internationally recognized black belt instructor of Kodokan Judo, Russian Sambo, and Shotokan Karate with over 25 years of experience in various styles of martial arts. It is via this experience that he became the founder of the Keith Pankration (Keith Ryu) style of fighting that has quickly propelled DFCC athletes into becoming some of the most respected combatants in the Northwest.
Currently DFCC offers adult classes (13 and over) for Kodokan Judo, Keith Pankration, and Women's Self-defense. We also offer classes for kids 5-12. These classes include Kodokan Judo, Submission wrestling and we will soon ad Russian Sambo for kids.
Not all DFCC members train for competition. Some do it to stay fit or simply for self-fulfillment. Whatever the reason for signing up with DFCC, our members get what they are looking for.
Larry Keith and the highly qualified staff at DFCC look to give the students at our dojo a fun, safe, and friendly learning environment where they can get a great workout and learn skills to take them to whatever goals they hope to achieve.
You owe it to yourself to come by the DFCC dojo and try out a class with no obligation. Chances are, you will discover something about training with us that you never knew you could enjoy so much.
We are located at 2666 NE Stephens in Roseburg, Oregon. You can give us a call at (541) 229-JUDO or send an email with any questions you may have at [email protected] Be sure to visit our website at dynamicjudo.com

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

DFCC was established in 2002. Since that time we have had many members come and go. We frequently compete in Judo, Submission wrestling, Sambo, and Mixed Martial Arts events. We train as a team and compete as a team. DFCC team members are chosen by DFCC owner/instructor, Larry Keith. The decision is made based on a potential member’s display of discipline (inside and outside the dojo), dedication to improvement, dedication to the improvement of other team members, eagerness to put in the hard work required to win, willingness to commit, ability to represent well, and above all, dojo loyalty.

Unfortunately, there are some people out there that claim to be DFCC members who are not. They are in fact persons that either dropped out because they couldn’t handle the training regimen and discipline at the DFCC dojo or they were never enrolled at DFCC to begin with. Either way, they are not true representatives of DFCC. Simply owning a DFCC T-shirt does not make a person a DFCC team member.

We list the current DFCC competition team member names and stats on the Fighters section of our website. If a person’s name is not there, it means they are not part of the DFCC team or trainers.
