About Me

BBC - "Nowhere Near The Garden gave a lesson in coolness from their bassist Rog, pumping out the bass lines in his shades. These are certainly a favourite with those in the pit”

Reading Festival.org - "Nowhere Near the Garden are one of Britain’s best up and coming acts. We have a lot of respect for these guys."

Playmusic Magazine - “Straight from the heart delivery - this is balls-out rock with a conscience”.

Bloodstock metalfest - Surprisingly brilliant and previously unknown to me are the curiously named nowhere near the garden, a band who mix emocore with post-grunge, and funk metal with punk – think nickelback jamming with Primus and At The Drive In and you’re sort of getting there. At face value the Birmingham based quartet are totally out of place, but for me anyway, run out as surprise victors of the whole weekend. Brilliant! - zero tolerance magazine.
