Archie Logan started his life as a musician at the young tender age of 8 years old. When his uncle saw the gift the God had instilled in him he decided to take the time out to help him nurture this gift, just like many musicians Archie started out playing the drums in the church. But as time went on he wanted to grow musically and venture out and play different styles of music.Archie Logan is known as a hard hitting powerful pocket drummer whose smoking grooves made a lot of band shows exciting. “Archie has been known to be a bass player’s best friend, because he locks it in and stays thereâ€; as quoted by bass play extraordinaire Chip Shearin. Archie is a true work horse and strives to be the best he can be as a musician and businessman. Archie has had many great opportunities to play for and share the stage with many of the industries top artist gospel and secular alike. This list includes the incompable Roberta Flack, Morris Day and the Time, Vikki Winans, Karen Clarke Sheard, Dorinda Clark Cole, Smoky Norful, Avant, Mario, Marvin Sapp, Rev Timothy Wright, Naughty By Nature, Malcolm Jamaal Warner and his band Milestone, Yahzarah, independent R&B artists Dirty Sol and the list goes on and on.Archie is currently on the road with East Coast Entertainments “Liquid Pleasure†voted the number one wedding and party band they travel from New York to San Francisco and all spots in between with these guys Archie plays out 230 shows a year and is full of diverse music. Ranging from Frank Sinatra to 50 Cent; from Motown to GoGo; and for every style of music Archie has been laying down a strong authentic groove. With this band Archie has played several major parties which includes the Republican National committee with speaker George W. Bush Jr., 2 Super Bowls, the Robb Report Best of the Best Party, and the March of Dimes Fund Raiser just to name a few. Archie is on a continual journey to keep spreading great music across the world and making a difference to the stage.
