Spending time with friends/family. Playing with my step daughter as well as my friends kids. Going on runs with my pooches and working out (pilates, yoga, swimming). Watching football (Go Bengals!) & going to see the 7 time NCAA Champion University of Kentucky Wildcat Basketball (GO CATS!) play at Rupp. Boating in the summer, traveling, chewing gum, finding lo-cal alternatives to my favorite foods that taste just as yummy (Like today, I found Russell Stover's sugar free chocolate covered toffee... oh yes!). Going to the beach is still one of my favorites too. Aaah, the beach!
Bono from U2, Jesus Christ, Dave Matthews not necessarily in that order.
DMB, U2, John Mayer, Coldplay, Jack Johnson, Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow, Ginny Owens, Nichole Nordeman, Third Day, Yes, Led Zepplin, Supertramp, Beastie Boys, Greenday, Red Hot Chili Peppers, 311, The Killers, Incubus, Zero 7, Teagan And Sara, Ben Lee, Nina Simone, The Quiet... Classical, Inspirational and Jazz to Dance, Classic Rock, Techno and Alternative to Rap... it's all good! Well, come to think of it, it's not all good... country kind of sucks a lot!
Garden State, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Wedding Crashers, Princess Bride, Old School, St. Elmo's Fire (that IS the group of friends I grew up with), Office Space (Uh, about those TPS reports...) comedies, dramadies, scary flicks.
Aaah, I remember television... My television has lately been stuff like Ice Road Truckers, anything on Discovery channel and Celebrity Rehab... this is when my husband has the remote. When Gracie is in charge it's Aladdin, Milo & Otis, Clifford, etc. I get no say over the T.V. it bums!
Mostly magazine articles and devotional type stuff. Not making time for the novels. The NIV is still a staple in my book choice. I need to find some time to allow myself to be enthralled by some good fiction.
My parents and the 9-11 crews (God love 'em), the American troops fighting in the middle-east.
