I am a retired Trauma Nurse. I had to retire from nursing in 2004 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had to undergo a left radical masectomy after recieving eight rounds of chemothearphy in the summer of 2005. I have now been cancer free for almost two years. I now enjoy my life to the fullest and I try to share my story with those who are at the begining of what I went through and try to help them not to lose or to give up hope. I also enjoy going to the beach whenever I can. I am also fascinated by the pyramids in Egypt as I have always wanted to make love on the top of one. Hopefully My Big Daddy can sort this out for me next year.
I want to meet everyone that I possibly can. All Breast Cancer Survivors are near and dear to my heart. I will never turn my head away from the homeless. I believe that we are all Gods childern, and we must all help the ones who are suffering. I live by my Golden Rule, "To have Hope, Faith and Love in my heart". And if I never meet another soul in this world I guess the one I am most eager to meet is the Lord our God. And all I want to hear when it is my time to go, and I arrive in Heaven, is to hear Him say, "WELL DONE MY FAITHFUL SERVANT"
I am a country girl with my music as I am a Southern Bell. I enjoy the music of Melissa Etheridge, Cher, and listening to Southern Rock. And sometimes I even enjoy listening classical music, but when it comes to the 80's music. Jam up the radio!!
