Song writing and performing has been a lifelong adventure for this 22 year old who has derived a solid base from the likes of LL Cool J, Big Daddy Kane, and Notorious BIG.But make no mistake, Donny Carson is his own man. Carson who has a degree in Audio Production and who has been writing music non-stop since age 11 has developed a well rounded knowledge of everything music. Ask him about his debut CD and you will uncover that he wrote all the songs. From Old School Hip Hop which is evident in the song Neva Dat to the current sound in Nothin Can Stop Us, Carson celebrates the history of Hip Hop and does it well.
