Music is a huge part of my life not just a sideline. I listen to every and all types from classical, swing, bluegrass, folk, blues, punk, techno, rock and metal all the way to some rap and hip hop. I believe music is one of the biggest factors in ones life that influences and shapes personality. It seems most in our society (especially younger generations) have not been exposed enough to different genres and all the originality and creativity that makes different styles so important to the diversity of the world. I am not talking about this new card board cut out factory made sound that is destroying the music industry of today. It's about original sound with real personality not playing or singing whatever because it's what is trendy and what will make someone famous. Music affects the soul and never goes out of style no matter the genre. It's what music is suppose to be...timeless and affecting.
