About Me

Your Broken Ego are a 3 piece Rock/Pop Punk band from the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, We formed in late 2004 and began gigging around Kent and London before taking a years break in 2006, We reformed in April of 2007 playing our first gig back at the Crown on the Isle of Sheppey We have since been gigging regularly in 2008 and so far have reached two battle of the bands finals this year In July of 2008 Rock Matrix Promotions released a Cd called Scratch The Surface which contained 20 of the best local acts from around London and Kent, and we were lucky enough to be one of the bands to be considered good enough to be placed on the album, We were placed 2nd on the album with our song "The Cliche Song" Some of the venues we have played at include: Tap 'n' Tin Beercart Arms Lark In The Park The Red Lion The Ivy Leaf The Command House The Fiddlers Elbow Beacon Court The Bull n Vic The Crown The Oast House BondsOver our time we have supported bands like: My Awesome Compilation Seven Year Kismit Sonic Boom Six One Day Elliot 3Dbs Down (Now known as On The Turn) The Sketch Panic Plan ..

We have a new lead guitarist, so we are now a four piece band again! we are gonna be hitting the studio and and recording some new songs and hopefully getting some new photos done soon!
