From the first bass drop in a club back in Germany, Donovan Edwards was hooked on Electronic Dance Music(EDM).
Once back stateside and in Tennessee some years later, he stumbled back on his love, EDM. Being influenced by some of the greats such as Bad Boy Bill, Richard "Humpty" Vission, and DJ Dan to name a few, Donovan took the natural next step in his personal evolution. He went from being a party kid out on the dance floor, to the engineer behind the decks makin people dance. Not long after stepping behind the decks, Donovan Edwards took control of one of the hottest groups in middle Tennessee, Electronic Assault. This vaulted him into the forefront of the scene in Tennessee. It wasn't long before he was networking with other DJs and crews in Mississippi, New Orleans, Louisville, and Salt Lake City. Donovan Edwards has opened for some great names like Angel Alanis, DJ Shortee, Jen Lasher, Frankie Bones, and the list goes on and on.
Taking a love to progressive house, Donovan Edwards isn't limited to just one genre. Whatever the mood, or wherever the vibes take him, he has the right genre to blow the crowds away. He spins electro house, chicago house, trance, breaks, indie dance/NuDisco, and psy trance.
His work has been featured on In2DeepRadio.com on more than one occasion. His music has spanned the nation, and he doesn't show any signs of stopping anytime soon.
