brown and Proud I'm proud of the color of my skin. But the true Mexican comes from within. My skin color on people has an effect. Everybody looks at me with respect. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world, even if they offered me a big pot of gold. I thank my mom for giving me my heart. I thank my dad for showing me to be proud from the start.
