The language with which we describe physical reality was never designed to convey any understanding of the inner workings of our soul... So I find it easier to express the underlying foundation of my philosophy with art, quotes, and poetry. Oh, and don't worry, I'm no where near as smart as I may sound, bullshit just happens to be a field I excel at. I'm really quite a goof. =)~ As for the overly lengthy blogs above? They are my responses to inquiries made by friends. I've collected quite a few now so I filed them all under "Religion and Philosophy." To see them all you will have to "view blogs entries" then check the "older" and "newer" archives on the left of the page because of the Myspace reformatting a while back (sigh). I think there's some interesting stuff in there if you take the time to look but then... I tend to think everything i do is pretty great, its a flaw of mine. Some of my favorites are Judgment, Karma,The Nature of Evil, and Light and Darkness. Despite all the talk about religion, however, I'm not a religious person so try not to proceed under false assumption. I'm... complicated.
"When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward; for there you have been and there you long to return."
"It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society."
"Magic is a set of techniques and approaches which can be used to extend the limits of Achievable Reality. Our sense of Achievable Reality is the limitations which we believe bind us into a narrow range of actions and successes - what we believe to be possible for us at any one time. In this context, the purpose of magic is to simultaneously explore those boundaries and attempt to push them back - to widen the ’sphere’ of possible action." ~ Phil Hine
"Should the whole frame of nature round him break in rain and confusion hurled, he unconcerned would hear the mighty crack and stand secure amidst a failing world."
"Take your dying with some seriousness, however. Laughing on the way to your execution is not generally understood by less advanced life forms, and they'll call you crazy."

"Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who could not hear the music." -Angela Monet
"Human sickness is so severe that few can bear to look at it... but those who do will become well."
"My child I am ever with thee and all I have is thine." -God
"It is good to love God for hope of reward, but it is better to love God for love's sake; and the prayer goes: O Lord, I do not want wealth nor children nor learning. If it be Thy will, I shall go from birth to birth. But grant me this, that I may love thee without the hope of reward- love unselfishly for love's sake. My nature is to love Him. And therefore I love. I do not pray for any-thing. I do not ask for anything. Let Him place me wherever He likes. I must love Him for love's sake. I can not trade in love."--Swami Vivekananda
"You know, I may have to be born again, you see, I have fallen in love with mankind."--Swami Vivekananda
"The devils advocate says that everyone is magical, although they may not be aware of it. Then he continues that perhaps no one is magical, but a few suppose themselves to be."
"Not all who wander, are lost."
"We are here to drink beer and make merry! To laugh so loudly the heavens will shake and live life so fearlessly that death will tremble to take us!"
"For those who understand, no explanation is necessary. For those who don't, no explanation will suffice."
“When I ponder the extreme consequences that arise from such small things, I tend to think, there are no small things…â€
"When you remember that we are all mad, the mysteries disappear and life stands explained." -Samuel Clemmens (Mark Twain)
“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity.†~Albert Einstein
"Reality is the only obstacle to happiness."
"No great genius has ever existed without some touch of madness." -Aristotle
"I had been ... crossing and recrossing the line between sanity and madness so many times that I had all but rubbed it out." -Zelazny
"You're just jealous that the voices talk to me..."
"Order is for idiots, genius can handle chaos."

"Only those who attempt the absurd, achieve the impossible."
"I find your faith in reality amusing."
"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one." -Albert Einstien
"Verily all of life is a dream"
"This too will pass... Even the stars above us. And the white wings of death will scatter our days to the wind and free our breath from its restless tide so it may seek the ether alone and unfettered."
"Magic is the Highest, most Absolute, and most Divine Knowledge of Natural Philosophy, advanced in its works and wonderful operations by a right understanding of the inward and occult virtue of things; so that true Agents being applied to proper Patients, strange and admirable effects will thereby be produced. Whence magicians are profound and diligent searchers into Nature; they, because of their skill, know how to anticipate an effect, the which to the vulgar shall seem to be a miracle." ~ The Goetia of the Lemegeton of King Solomon.
"Unless a man be born a magician, and God have destined him even from his birth to the work, so that spirits do willingly come of their own accord - which doth happen to few - a man must use only of those things herein set down, or written in our other books of occult philosophy, as means to fix the mind upon the work to be done; for it is in the power of the mind itself that spirits do come and go, and magical works are done, and all things in nature are but as uses to induce the will to rest upon the point desired." ~ Cornelius Agrippa
"I am he whom the Lord of all made before duality had yet come into being ... I am the son of him who gave birth to the universe ... I am the protection of that which the Lord of all has ordained ... I am he who gave life to the Ennead of gods ... I have come to take my position that I may receive my dignity. Because to me belonged the universe before you gods had come into being. You have come afterwards because I am Heka."
ABOVE: Pictures of my children, with whom I share my life. I love them with all my heart and soul and I would have no part of a heaven that they could not enter into.
BELOW: Aladdin alone with the christmas platter, he's quick! This is actually the fourth take... I had trouble getting outside to film him before he made his move. I kept having to go back in and refill the cheese-balls, you can see the look of disgust on his face at the end. He hasn't wanted a cheese-ball since. LOL Now you know why he was a "pirate" for halloween. If you want to see it in better quality click on "share" and watch it at youtube.
What Your Soul Really Looks Like
You are very passionate and quite temperamental. While you can be moody, you always crave comfort.
You are a grounded person, but you also leave room for imagination and dreams. Your feet may be on the ground, but you're head is in the clouds.
You believe that people see you for how you are, not how you look. But deep down, you know that's not exactly true.
Your near future is in a very different place (both physically and mentally) from where you are right now.
For you, falling in love has never been easy. You can only fall for someone who is very patient and persistent.
Inside the Room of Your Soul
What tarot card are you?
You are the Hermit card. The Hermit has chosen a solitary spiritual path. He shines light on his inner self and, by this means, gains wisdom. The Hermit's home is the natural world and it is by being in tune with that world that he learns the laws of nature and learn how they operate within himself. His path is a lonely one as he lives in silence and has for companionship only his own internal rhythms. But those crossing his path are touched by his light and wisdom. Though often alone, he manages nevertheless to instruct those who meet him and guides those who chose to follow him on a path towards enlightenment. What Tarot Card Are You?
