The Lowdowns is the creation of song writing team Winn and Bissinger who have written and performed together for over eight years. They are currently finishing up their 2nd CD and almost all original music backed by stellar rhythm sections including Daniel Fabricant, Geoff Brennan and Devin Hoff on acoustic bass, Eric Garland, Jim Bove and Paul Van Wageningen on drums, as well as Joel Behrman on trombone and trumpet.
