Ron started on bass guitar in 1989 at age 17.
He plays both fretted and fretless bass.
So far Ron played in several bands and projects. a.o:

1996-2002 "Experimental Space Rock".
a mixture between bands like King Crimson, Ozric Tentacles, Björk, a bit of drum 'n bass and even new wave influences.

2nd PLACE DRIVER:
2002-2005 "Electro Rock".
a very promissing band which still exists these days.

Ron quited 2ndPD in dec 2005 due other priorities in life.

Nowadays Ron is working on some songs with his Matzeballs/Spoof buddies Vince and Paul.
Ron is bassplayer with God's Monkey, a new alternative Rock band which was founded in januari 2008.
