I have been playing percussion for over 20 years. originally a drummer for the Defiance College jazz band. I switched to percussion almost exclusively. since then I have recorded and/or performed with such luminaries as the Temptations, James Cleveland, Shirley Cesar, Vanessa Bell Armstrong,Reggie Calloway, Tony Williams(guitarist/ producer Bobby Jones gospel) Wilbert Longmire,Charles Spurling and Bootsy Collins.I have been fortunate to be a member of national recording artist phil brown and god's earth with love (gospel). Was extremely very happy for 2 years to contribute my abilities to the African- American Cultural & Research Center Choir at the University of Cincinnati. I have had the priviledge of working on several local album project- Tall Stacks album-Ben Walz and the Skyline Chili Anniversary project. you can see me currently playing with The Soulpocket Band.
