About Me

OK, kiddies, I'll sum myself up real quick. My life is baseball. I write for MLB.com as a job, but it's just a p/ter, so I'm still sending resumes. People say I'm a good writer, and they're pretty much right, but you won't hear me say it. I still would like to play baseball, but I have this thing called an "injury problem" and I often get this thing called "surgery" on my "broken & battered limbs," but they give me "painkillers" afterwards. I work out a lot because staying in shape is healthy or something. Sometimes I do it too much and I get that "injury" thingy again. I miss college because it was a lot of fun. I drank a lot of gin and beer there. Sometimes I woke up in strange places. Philly is a lot of fun, too (except for Philly drivers and some Eagles fans). I can watch almost any sport (except the NBA, golf & tennis) and "guy" movies (westerns, mob, war, etc...), but I have no problem sitting down with a good book or flipping through Sports Illustrated (what guy would turn down SI?).
In all seriousness, I like to think I'm a pretty fun person to hang out with. Bars, ballgames, movies, concerts and working out are all things I like to do. I'd say more, but that would take too much time and space, so just ask me & I'll tell. Any more questions? Shoot me an e-mail! Interesting day

Well, today started out pretty normal: delivered something to Yogi's museum, mowed the lawn, got ready for work. But when I was on the train at the next-to-last stop (Newark-Broad St.), the conductors...
