About Me

Tammy Jackson and Cliff Clegg have built a solid reputation as one of the finest musical duos in the Northeast. Although they call Sunapee, NH “home,” the couple have toured extensively throughout the eastern US, as a duo, a trio with Wayne Brewer on pedal steel guitar, and as the front for the sensational “Tammy Jackson Band”Cliff and Tammy’s country-flavored original music is a refreshing backdrop to the eclectic collection of rock, blues, oldies and country cover tunes which they perform. The marriage of Cliff Clegg and Tammy Jackson unites the best of talent, skill and, of course, wedded bliss.Tammy and Cliff met in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1995, where Tammy was named CMA Modern Country Female Vocalist of the Year and Cliff’s band was named CMA Band of the Year. The couple exchanged business cards and met when they returned home to discuss collaboration. This resulted in the formation of the power-packed “Tammy Jackson Band,” which was formed to highlight Tammy’s vocal and songwriting abilities and Cliff’s expertise in telecaster guitar ingenuity. Enlisting some of New England’s most sought after musicians, the Tammy Jackson Band took the east coast by storm, and have consistently landed some of the most coveted venues, including Meadowbrook, Riverfest the Hampton Casino ballroom and opening for headline acts such as Lorrie Morgan, Alan Jackson, Pam Tillis, Charlie Daniels Band, Redd Volkaert, Ray Price, Dick Curless, John Berry, Sammy Kershaw, Ray Price, Big & Rich …Individually, and in recent years as a team, Tammy and Cliff have provided management, sound and booking services, as well as a forceful musical front, for several successful, high-powered, performance groups including “Gold Dust,” “CrossOver” and of course, most recently, "The Tammy Jackson Band." The couple's extensive accomplishments and achievements, as further illustrated in this site, help to define the level of proficiency this duo has attained. Cliff and Tammy write, perform, record, master and produce all of their material at their studio - Parlor Productions - located at the couple's Sunapee, New Hampshire home.
