I love a wide variety of music.....from jazz to country and then also classical to rock and roll. Mostly I love listen to the 70's and 80's.....that is music I grew up with, so I know all the words and can sing them in the shower with everyone out of the house. I also like alot of country lately. But my favorite of all songs is a tie between.......Edwin McCain's version of "I Could Not Ask for More" and Savage Garden's "I Knew I Loved You Before I Met You". I know sappy and slow, but I can't help what I like.
Only one movie is my favorite "Pretty Woman". Call 1-800-976-BABE and see what you get.
Who watches TV anymore.........and if they do, where do they find the time?
Murder Mysteries and Science Fiction when I find the time to read. Also yes, I am a typical girl...give me a historical romance novel or a Danielle Steel book and I will be quiet while you do whatever it is you need to do.
From time to time, my idea of a hero changes. No, its not because I am fickle but because something happens in your life that makes you rethink the whole scheme of things. My idea of a hero isn't someone who swopes in and saves the day and everyone lives happily ever after. My idea is someone that trudges on day after day making the most of their life and living as true to themselves as they can, no pretense or fakeness. You don't have to be rich to have what you want, you just need to want what you have and you are rich......the people who believe that and live that are my heros. I have always believed that our servicemen in all armed forces are heros along with our policemen, firemen and emergency medical techs. The put their lives on the line every day for us and will do whatever is necessary so we can live the lives we live. And they do it without thinking........its just their jobs. My exhusband taught me this years ago after we were married. He will always and forever be one of my heros. I see our public safety officers come to work everyday without thinking what they may run into.....big time heros. Who are your heros?
