I'm enjoying the simplicity of my lifestyle

About Me

Where I am in my life at the moment is insignificant. But, I have two great accomplishments in my life: hiking the Appalachian Trail southbound from Maine to Georgia in 2004 and biking from Virginia to Nevada last summer. I'm planning on another adventure in the near future (Peru?)... stay tuned. I have a very idealistic view of what the world could and should be and am very passionate about seeing that vision turn into reality. I value my friends more highly than anything else in the world and will do anything for them. I'm fairly creative, or I try to be: I'm currently putting together a mini-documentary-ish thing about my bike trip last summer and although I'm not terribly good at it, I love making music. I also write the occasional bit of hippie propaganda. Some of the greatest people I've ever known attend(ed) Salem College. I'm in school not because I have to be here or to get a good job when I get out, but because I actually love what I study. Ask me more.
