Bethany Hope hails from Elkader, a small Iowa town with less than 1,000 people, and that wholesomeness exudes from her character and music. If Bethany's face seems familiar to you, it may be because by the time Bethany was 14, she had been discovered as both a model (Freshface of the Year, 2000 - starting out in the same modeling agency as Ashton Kutcher) and musician receiving an award at Cleveland's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in a songwriting contest sponsored by Levi Strauss, where she appeared on in-store tv ads throughout the nation, the latter giving her major television exposure. Even though Bethany is primarily a Pianist/Singer-Songwriter, she also has a strong grip on studio production and has strong percussion chops and can sit behind the drum kit with the best of them. Bethany was invited at age 14 to perform her original music at the Rock'N'Roll Hall of Fame and has appeared in national television spots and been featured on the front page of the Des Moines Register. She has also appeared live on Iowa Public Television as the 'Iowa Teen Role Model' performing her original music and taking Q & A from a teen audience. This early exposure brought Bethany many new and exciting opportunities and soon, top industry professionals were encouraging Bethany to move to L.A. Forever showing her dedication and courage, Bethany graduated high school early and at the tender age of 16 headed to Los Angeles in pursuit of her opportunities in acting, modeling and most importantly music. She had immediate success with three national TV commercials: Honda, State Farm, Teen People Magazine - and appeared with Britney Spears in one. Bethany's early experiences gave her a lot of real-world savvy and objectivity in the Industry at large and helped her focused return to her true love, music. Bethany is currently living in LA and collaborating with some of the top Music Makers in the business on her exciting debut CD.
