Dr. Decibel

Born in 1987, Dr. Decibel hails from the small city of Edgewater, MD. He currently attends college at University of Maryland. He strives to bring the rap game out of its misery and corruption, swearing that the ancestors of Primo, Pete Rock, and Jay Dilla are on his shoulders. Decibel's beats are made by an array of chopped samples straight from vinyl records and an mpc 1000.
