Free Pics Juan Rodriguez born in Long Island, New York... Comes from a family full of musicians and singers... At a early age was a avid listener of 92WKTU,98.7KISS and 107.5 WBLS...Intrigued by the mixes and the dj's he began doing it at a very young age in grammer and high school... While always managing to get in to the clubs in the 80's to hear others...He knew what it took to be good...Funhouse,Roxy's,Zanzibar,and Roseland to name a few... He can always be found back in the days record shopping at Downtown Records,Rock & Soul,Vinyl Mania,Eighball Records, and Satellite Records in New York City.....That's how much passion he has for the music... After high school he futher his education by enrolling in The Institute of Audio Research in NY completing his courses in the early 90's... That led to various positions throughout the House Music industry... He worked at Northcott Studios for Tommy Musto.. There he met Victor Simonelli,Damion Wild, Dj Gomi and allstar engineers Jim Bonzai Carruso,James Alfano and Mac Quayle which he learned from... He co-engineered his first project with James Alfano there for Bassline Records produced by Victor Simonelli... From there he accepted employment at Basshit Recordings/23 West Entertainments from Steve and Craig Rosen ... There he got the chance to polish his skills and meet alot of heavy hitters in the industry and label heads... Producers..Louie Vega,Kenny Dope,India,Mood to Swing,Roger S,David Morales,Hex Hector,John Robinson and Baron Lopez to name a few... Engineers...Dave Darlington,Steve Barken,Phil G,Dexter Simmons... Juan went on to start his own mobile entertainment company Maad Flava Entertainments...Specializing in all types of music from House,Hip Hop,R&B,and Latin... He also dj's at various clubs in the tri state area and the world... Juan's always been a leader in everything he's done and always on the cutting edge making him unique and different... You can tell the difference from others when you hear him rock live at a club and take control of the crowd....
