outdoors, skiing, DaFfoDils! (check out the clip from Big Fish...she's living my dream moment!), hiking, polar bears, rock climbing (although I've only been once...), surfing (same deal... working on it), going out, working out, jogging/cycling, reading, writing, playing music, white water rafting, thinking, dreaming, drawing, photography, making people laugh, camping, chilln' around a bonfire, staying out late and sleeping in!
Fun, hilarious, positive, and smart people that are, like me, still trying to figure out what they want to be when they grow up! Also ski & board bums, musicians, artists, masseuses, and writers are always in high demand... if you happen to be all of those, man up and send me a message!
Bob Dylan, the Stones, the Dead, Billy Joel, RADIOhead, Mellencamp, John Denver (he's full of shit, man!), musicals, 80s, classic rock, folk, bluegrass, classical, and new stuff too; love Ryan Adams, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Alanis, Fiona Apple.... great singers/songwriters! Just got back into some of the OG shit too....
Big Lebowski, Dumb & Dumber, Baraka (it's cool- check it out), national lampoons vacation, the Hours, Big Fish, Moulin Rouge, Trainspotting, pretty much anything with Ewan McGregor if you can't tell by now, Much Ado About Nothing, the Grinch who Stole Christmas (old school cartoon style- and the Jim Carrey one!), national lampoons christmas vacation & european vacation (NOT vegas, it was crap!), Lord of the Rings, the Matrix, Tommy Boy, Best In Show (anything Christopher Guest)
I have taken the plunge into the sea of LOST fanatics!!!! I'm also a serious 24 follower....Seinfeld, Family Guy, Simpsons, Daily Show, Colbert Report, and the Office I've seen a few times (pretty funny) but all things considered, I feel time well-spent is generally not spent sitting in front of a TV.
English Lit was one of my majors, so I love a lot of books- all genres, short stories, whatever... currently reading The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoyevsky, To The Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf, short stories by Eudora Welty, anything Hemingway, and Eventide by Kent Haruf~ I once heard that geniuses are always in the process of reading more than one work of literature; I think it might be working ;)
comedians, Bill McDonough (environmental architect), Billy Joel, Claude Debussy, Vincent Van Gogh, & rafting guides that look like MacGyver!
