4. PA stands for Physician Assistant and no I'm not a nurse and I'm not one of those people who hands the scalpel to the surgeon in the operating room(fyi they are called Surgical Techs!)

PAs employed by the federal government are credentialed to practice. As part of their comprehensive responsibilities, PAs conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, assist in surgery, and in virtually all states can write prescriptions. Within the physician-PA relationship, physician assistants exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. A PA's practice may also include education, research, and administrative services. KEYWORD=Autonomy!!

75. Yes I'm from Long Island, altho technically I'm from Brooklyn and I like to think of myself as a NYC girl at heart... Addendum I think Billy Joel said it best....you can date a rich girl from the north shore or a cool girl from the south shore. I'm all for the cool girls =-)
76. I survived the NYC black out, in 3 inch BROKEN heels, walking 65 blocks in those bad boys!

78. I have taken out someones gallbladder, cardioverted someone back to a normal heartbeat(in normal peoples term, used the paddles to shock someone) and I've delivered a baby...and thats just three of the impressive things on my list...

82. I miss my old apartment on Gold Street in NYC... that apt had more drama than every MTV real world cast combined! but let me tell ya, those were good times! Having to write your name on every box, jar, canister of food you own, going to mcdonalds at 5 am and ordering number 2s with large cokes, breaking coconuts on the balcony, watching all the drunk people fall out of ryans, dancing to 2-way and turn me on in our living room...aaahhh the good ol days!

I just remembered that I slept on the West Side Highway for a night, yes that's right... no I wasn't homeless but I wasss waiting on line for my sister to try out for American Idol... her beautiful voice made it to the second round =-) so sleeping on cement for a night was worth it lol andddddd NO my sister is not a wedding singer! lolol

90. Last but DEFINITELY not least...I love my boyfriend more than anything in the whole entire world! He is my best friend and truly the person I am meant to be with! We have been through so much together and have always pulled through and overcome everything that has been thrown at us, which just proves how strong our love is! I love you baby, more than words could ever say!
