But, when crime lord and arms dealer Nickoli Valancentine comes into teh game, hell breaks loose. He wants to sell a weapon to Osama Bin Ladden called the "Demon's Eye." One of Nick's old team members are killed by a hitman named Dartz. (Cheap rip-off of Bullseye from Daredevil) Nick goes back into the field to take down Nickoli and Dartz and figure out what the "Demon Eye" is.
