About Me


This is my entry for the Papa Roach music video contest! First Prize is a MacBook-- Rate it well!

Catronix is an independent film company founded on August 14, 2004 (I would have that as my birthday, but myspace requires all public members to be 16, so my myspace will say 16 until it actually IS 16.... but in 14 years I'll have my own website... whatever), owned and operated by Matt Catron ( http://www.myspace.com/mathais ) . Currently we are focused on filming local band concerts in the Greencastle, Pennsylvania area.
Catronix is already in the business of taking already-made still photos and video clips and compiling them into short movies. They make great birthday or Christmas gifts.
Currently, we are limited to making movies only for local people whom we will encounter personally (unless you REALLY want to snail-mail cash.. do people still do that??) until we set up a PayPal account... or something to that affect.

My Interests

I like to... make movies? I coreograph duels for my movies(and hopefuly other people's too someday), and I write scripts for them, too.

I'd like to meet:

Music:

Mostly classical- John Williams and Danny Elfman style.

Movies:

Star Wars, Steven Speilburgs older films.

Television:

South Park, The Daily Show, Colbert Report, Simpsons.

Books:

Time for the Stars, Jurassic Park, The Lost World, Titanic and the making of James Cameron, Have Spacesuit will travel, and I guess the Silence of the Lambs was pretty cool.

Heroes:

Lucas, mostly. He managed to keep independant from the Hollywood system for all of his Star Wars films. I like Speilburg too, but he's a hollywood conformist :p
