Enlightened Redneck

Hello. Welcome to 'ME'. A short story. I was born one chilly morning at an army out post in the interior of the great state of Alsaka. It got pretty redneck after that. The folks went back home to Arkansas and there I lived till 21. I did, in fact, preach when I was younger. I am now pagan. I dont know if there is an actual turm for what i am. And no I really dont want your opinion of what I should be called either. But thats a long story, this is the short version. I consider myself the most enlightened redneck youll ever meet. I grew up in the most ideal home I could have. We had no money. But that taught me a self reliance I dont think I could have gotten anywhere else. Most importantly what it taught me was the joy and the comfort and the honor of being surrounded by Good People, noble human beings, kindred spirtis. I have done that to the best of my abilities. I also learned about God. What I wasnt taught was open mindedness. That I had to learn the hard way. Theres more on those subjects, however let us get on with it. 21, Moved to memphis. Made a movie, almost. Fell in love. Theres a great story there, and its not nearly as mushy as youd think. Lets not forget, pagan redneck. Got married to a princess. Made her my queen so to speak. Had 2 incredable children. Who keep getting more incredable everyday. And who also enlighten me as to how much my folks really had alot of thing figured out that I was unaware of. Hopefully I learned humility and a little more respect for them because of that. Well there ya go. Thats a little about me. Good to meet ya.
