Temerity

I'm intense. This intensity that dwells within me has a very good and positive side. It's the reciprocal of the good and positive side that is quite egregious and would be better left to slumbering. I don't care for it much myself. I'd rather see the good. I can honestly say that I am an honest person. Let me rephrase that. I am more honest than most people. I did not say all, but most. I have suffered way to many liars and fools to know the difference between this proclivity of mine, and the lack of it with most others. I am a nerd. I play World of Warcraft on line. I know a great deal about history, and unfortunately politics near and abroad, and a myriad of other things. I don't like what I see regarding modern civilization, especially here at home knowing what I know about history. I firmly believe that America is the new Rome. Doomed to failure because of the majority of people who are less concerned about the world around them than themselves. Yet, they speak as if they are so informed and educated about matters when they are laughably clueless. I have seen two thirds of the world and do not believe that I am given to much naivity. At looking upon my visage, most would think twice about picking a fight with me. However, I am indeed a nerd, but can and shall assuredly cause one harm if treaded upon. I have a job that most people cannot handle due to the mental stresses involved. I'm exceptional at it, so I have been told. I actually know that though. I am, and I am quite proud of it. My thoughts are as thick as a Chinese phone book. My emotions can be as deep and vast as the oceans themselves, but only with the right person. There is a duplicity in me and it is intense. I admit it. The only gray area I know is compromise. It only works if a person is willing to compromise with me. On that matter... If someone wrongs me where I have not wronged them. Then they must compromise and apologize. If I have wronged someone for their trevails against me... Well, I believe firmly that one good turn deserves another. For my part in any conflict, I usually make every attempt at reconciliation. It's usually the other side that is to stubborn or just plain ignorant to see their role in the conflict. I never shoot first, but when I shoot back, I always hit my target. People should really think twice about shitting on a Golden Goose. As I stated earlier on. I am rich in good things. I have a whole lot to give. It is when I am treated as an item of convenience and taken for granted where people will awaken the ugly side of me. That's pretty much it about it about me.
