This is a site in remembrance of Desmond Dekker, the king of ska. He well be missed. Desmond Dekker Appreciation Day is on October 1st. On this day you should wear a black tie around your neck in remembrance of Dekker. You don't need to wear a suit, or a hat, just a tie. But if you would like to go all out and wear a suit, hat, and tie go ahead, the more the better. Just do whatever you can to spread the word, and wear your tie on October 1st
