Right now I am exploring a new virtual instrument called "Atmosphere". It is a virtual synthesizer and it makes rich, ethereal sounds. Other than that...inspiring conversation, getting to know God, eating, 70 degree days, traveling to new places, campfires, sleepovers, basketball, tennis, grande chai blended cream frappachinos, learning, giving out spiritual gifts.Tribe!!
The Trinity, my son Caleb (lost in miscarriage), my uncle David, Evan Roberts, Lou Engle, Bob Jones (not the radical right wing-fundamentalist... a different one), John Wimber, Jesus as a child (can you imagine?), John G Lake, anyone that loves a good conversation over Starbucks, Akiane Kramarik.
Right now...Captivated by the writing of Jeana Berglund (Master). http://www.myspace.com/jeanamaster Her song, "Not for Me" is raw soul. Truly gifted musicians have the ability to sing more with their heart than with their vocal chords. Jeana does this fluidly.Jason Upton, "Dear John" from the new release "Beautiful People". Jason is another writer that consistently writes from a place of depth. He has learned to sing with his spirit, which makes his music soar. Also intrigued by Dapp Theory's creativity. Its like Jazz/Rap/R&Bish poetry. Finally, listening to my man Joe, who is working on a project called "From Gutter to Glory" He has a depth to the lyrics of his rhymes that excites me.
Last movie I watched... "Enemy at the Gates". Two thumbs up! Jude Law and Ed Harris. Tremendous atmosphere. Based on the true story of the battle of Stalingrad where the Russians overpowered the Germans. Spy vs spy conflict focus between Harris and Law. If you love history, this is a must see!
I devour any kind of book that equips me in knowing how to interact more profoundly with God. I am learning alot from Bill Johnson and John Paul Jackson's writings/teachings right now.
!!!Stand for HIM he Stood for you!!!!
