About Me

.. My son Aaron was born with a CHD called Fallots Tetralogy,his 1st heart surgery at 6 days old resulted in NEC destroying 3/4 of his small intestines....he had to struggle for his wee life from the moment he was born spending most off his young life in hospital...he received his gifts of life both liver and small bowel transplants aged 3 yrs...he's now 12yrs old doing very well...you can read his story hereAARON'S LIFE JOURNEY ...SO FAR...due to there being a lack of organ transplant info for children out here on the internet we created the Transplant Kids websiteWe've got to meet some wonderful and amazing children and their families over the years and hope to continue to do so whilst giving info and advice via our own experiences we hope to continue to create organ donor awareness...to register as a potential organ donor in the UK you can do so here.. 7th transplant anniversary
