I am a singer-songwriter currently working and living in Ottawa, Ontario, near to my hometown of Pembroke. I started writing songs in Toronto, when I was a York University English Literature student. After I graduated I moved back to Ottawa, was married, and began performing my songs with my husband Steve, and various other of our musical friends in Ottawa.
I was happy to be quickly welcomed into the rich musical community here in Ottawa, and to have such talented and accomplished musicians as Steve Matylewicz, Adam Fogo, Tim Watson, Ashley Newall, Michael Schultz, and Phil Bova join me as The Thorns in my efforts of creating my first independent album, which was recorded and produced at Bova Sound Studios. I am very proud of the result of these efforts, and am now touring in support of these songs, as well as introducing some of the new songs I have been writing.
My debut album, Sing Me A Song, is now available for order through iTunes, HMV, and Amazon, and locally from Vertigo Records on Rideau, Compact Music in the Glebe, and Café Olé in Pembroke.
