About Me

Well what's there to say. For those who know me, I'm just me. There's nothing spectacular here. But if you MUST know {lol}.... I'm 29 {eternally}, a mom of 4 great kids, and have been married for 11 years to the love of my life Brian. We moved back to our home town/state Milford, DE in 2005 - finally. Our traveling days are over. You know what they say "home is where the heart is". God, is that true or what! We are very happy and getting settled into our new home. We are planning to build a garage within the next few months. The joys of homeownership never end. Our beloved dog Daisey Mae is a 3 year old AKC registered boxer. We also have a great fat lazy cat, Garfield. Our most recent addition is a 5 foot Iguana named Rosey. Geesh...I don't know what else to put in here.....hmmmmm let's see here.I'm working as a General Manager / Controller. {I know can you believe it - hardwork pays off}. I absolutely adore my new job. From the board room to the office, I love it. It's great! I can do what I love and still be around for my honey and my babies. I couldn't ask for a better combination. I'm still in school - almost done thank God. I love to cook. I absolutely adore fine art and music. You wouldn't believe me if I told you how many great pieces I've found over the years just treasure hunting {as my oldest son and I call it}. I dibble dabble in painting and sketching now and again. I'm hoping to start formal art classes soon, but right now with the kids activities and my own activities I'm pretty busy. The future is bright for our great family. So bright we've gotta wear shades {lol}. The kids are all on honor roll - except for Shawn of course. Tim is active in the Student Council of his school, the Wrestling and Football teams, recently joined the Drama club AND is taking private art lessons. This was his first year in Middle School. Last year he was a speaker at his 5th grade graduation - finished at the top of his class - we are sooo proud of him. The girls have signed up for cheerleading and the girl scouts. Cheyenne is little Miss Popularity in her new DE school as she was in VA. She is tutoring a hispanic student in her class. She's trying to teach him how to speak English and he is in turn teaching his parents to speak English. I'm so proud of her efforts. That's very generous of her. Her friend is also teaching her Spanish. She really enjoys it. Savannah Lee is little Miss Drama. She can find drama whereever she goes. She's doing great in school, adores church, drawing, and painting. She's a great kid - we are very proud of her acomplishments as well. Shawn is still young for outside activities right now, but we have signed him up for Preschool - starting in August. He's our baby Godzilla. The things he gets into are unreal. Just the same life just wouldn't be the same without him. He was our surprise baby. We didn't think we could have anymore kids. Brian is finishing up school. From that point I'm not sure what he's going to do. He had considered going back to get an Engineering degree or opening his own business. For now he is a stay at home dad. At least until Shawn starts school full-time {daycare is too expensive}. Well that's my world. There's really nothing exciting just life in general. But it's my life and I love it! Drop me a line if you'd like to chat sometime, but don't be surprised if I don't get back to you right away. As you can see things are usually pretty hectic in my neck of the woods. Best of luck and take care.
