New Album Tracks in Production
Doyle are presently recording their first two cover tracks, Power of Love (Frankie Goes to Hollywood version) and Crystal Ship (Doors). The bass player is Dermot McKlusky, the electric guitarist is Gary Pickard, the drummer is Louie Palmer and the producer is Paul Castle.Additionally, they are recording a further 10 original tracks written by Mick as well as a theme song for the London Marathon. The featured special recording stars include the famous Israeli musician Gillad on saxaphone.

In Doyle's music we are blessed with a banquet of original songs written over a 20-year period and embellished by Doyle's colleagues, gifted and mature musicians. Michael (a.k.a. Mick) Doyle is not political, but is intensely expressive on social issues and life generally . One only has to study the lyrics of Survival or The Present to make this observation. Wrapped in energy, these conceptual ideas search through lyricism born out of Doyle's own personal life. Having "completely given up" on life in the UK due to "it's rat race mentality" Doyle began an apparently reclusive life on the remote island of Sark where he remains based. Doyle's music exudes a tantalisingly exciting prospect for the world's musical and philosophical future.
