Shane Johnson started acting at the age of 8 when her mother took her to audition for the Amas Repertory theatre in Harlem where she studied acting, singing and dancing. with renowned actress Rosetta Lenoire (Family Matters). She went on to perform in many on and off-Broadway productions.It took Ford modeling agency one glance before taking the beauty on to grace the screen and print with her unique style and grace.Johnson has also done a great deal of interviewing an television hosting. She interviewed American artists for MTV Germany, The O'Jays for their 40th anniversary in music dvd, Boys II Men, The Fugees amongst others. She also co-hosted the weekly music dance show, "The Source Sound Lab" on UPN.Truly a triple threat Johnson has danced and done choreography for such artists as Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson and the Fugees to name a few.Shane has appeared in "down to the last minute" directed by Chris Stokes, Saturday night Live, The Wayans Bros., Pacific Blue, Arli$$, Night Stalker with Gabrielle Union and reccured on Fox's Under the Helmet ,etc.Shane has also been seen in several commercials including six spots with Old Navy, Lincoln Mercury, Coors Light, International diet Coke, department stores, Playtex Bra, etc.Very much a philanthropist; Shane Johnson has spoke at numerous colleges and functions on careers in entertainment and the importance of education..
