I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

As someone who has read Roland Barthes and been punched by Jacques Derrida, I welcome you to my MySpace.
I'm a journalist and copy editor and technical writer ("technically, I'm a writer.") Right now, however, I work in retail. I have been a member of the Magnificent Glass Pelican -- MGP -- since 1991.
As part of my ongoing Blyther-Carney Post Holistic Need Spectrum analysis -- BCS -- I am compelled to question the Governor every week at around 7.34 PM, even though he seems to think he's coaching a football team at the moment. Speaking of the BCS, there should be a national college football playoff.
I once never played for the Chicago Cubs in 1987.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Alexander Hamilton, Dr. Finster, Mr. Conclusions. Bob Dylan. William Shatner, Sid Caesar, Mel Brooks, Helen Thomas, Timothy McSweeney. Brian Scolaro , Ghosty. Obviously I've met the last two. Angelo Badalamenti. Sophia Loren and Claudia Cardinale circa 1964. That can't happen, can it?
Robbie Cevik. People on MySpace. The list is endless, isn't it? Stephen Gardragowler
My next girlfriend ("call me").

My Blog

A cuppa

Here's weirdness: a customer enters my retail establishment and tells me that, via a different social networking site, let's call it "Facebook," an ex-girlfriend of mine asked about me. Of course, I w...

The BCS moves on

tMGP, through my "going concern," no longer deploys the use of the Blyther-Carney Spectrum. Filligree, in his finest wanderings, posited that it no longer worked. For him. Or for us. I have proposed i...
